Assurance and risk management

We require all of our care staff to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check for positions based in England and Wales and have membership to PVG in Scotland. These checks are reviewed yearly or bi-annually, dependent upon client requirement.

We are fully compliant with all new legislation. All Enhanced DBS checks and membership to PVG are double-reviewed through our assurance process involving Group Human Resources and Compliance Managers to ensure that the level of risk to our clients is minimised.

Added Value

A 24 Hour 365 days per year responsive out of hours service.

Once the office closes at 6pm, we have a team of consultants who work between 6pm – 11pm Monday to Friday and from 7am – 11pm at the weekend. Our office based consultants are on back up on call. This is an added value service unique within the social care recruitment industry.

This services allows our clients calls to be answered with in 3 rings, for that person to know who you are, have access to our temporary workers personnel files, have the ability to email/fax over candidate profiles/CVs or provide information at the touch of a button.
